Data deletion instructions

For businesses that connected an Instagram account

1. Log in to the NEXWAI dashboard at nexwai.uz.
2. Open Channels (Kanallar), find your Instagram account and click Disconnect (Uzish). This removes the stored access token and stops all message processing.
3. To delete the conversation history and your account completely, email nexwaiuz@gmail.com from your registered address with the subject "Delete my data".

For people who messaged a business through Instagram

If you wrote to a business that uses NEXWAI and want your messages and profile data removed, email nexwaiuz@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my data" and tell us your Instagram username and the name of the business you wrote to. You can also remove NEXWAI's access in Instagram: Settings → Apps and websites.

What happens next

We confirm the request by email and delete the data (conversations, contact details, access tokens) within 30 days.
