1. General
These Terms govern use of the NEXWAI service ("Service"), which is operated by "THE WATER" MCHJ, a limited liability company registered in the Republic of Uzbekistan ("we"). By registering or using NEXWAI you agree to these Terms.
2. The Service
NEXWAI helps businesses answer customer messages that arrive through Telegram and Instagram using artificial intelligence, based on a knowledge base (products, prices, rules) that the business enters, and helps staff manage conversations and customer requests.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Plans and payment
NEXWAI is offered on a free plan and paid plans. When a paid period ends the account returns to the free plan; the Service is not shut down.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes;
- Do not send spam or unsolicited bulk messages;
- Comply with the terms and policies of Meta, Instagram and Telegram, including messaging-window rules;
- Do not interfere with the technical operation of the Service.
6. AI replies
AI replies are generated automatically and may contain errors. We recommend that businesses supervise important conversations. NEXWAI is not liable for disputes or losses resulting from AI replies.
7. Termination
We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. You may ask us to delete your account at any time (see Data deletion).
8. Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages.
